Cancellation
If you need to cancel a Wardrobe Audit, The Edit, or Styling Session, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within this period will receive a full refund.
Return Policy
Vimreloxiequidz offers wardrobe consultation services rather than physical products. This policy covers cancellations and refunds for our services.
Late Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to a fee of 50% of the service cost. We understand that emergencies occur; contact us to discuss your situation.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your consultation free of charge if you give us at least 24 hours notice. We will work with you to find an alternative date.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers for our consultation packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused vouchers may be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
